Counselling/enlightenment ~ with Carole Easton
An inward journey of discovery enabling you to view yourself in a loving way.
During sessions, which usually last about one hour, you are encouraged to explore various aspects of your life and feelings and talk about them openly in a way that is rarely possible with family or friends. This can also be combined with rebirthing/conscious connected breathing.
Everything discussed is treated confidentially between counsellor and patient.
A tape is available to give you an idea of the possible methods used during a session. Please ask at Reception.
