Nutrition combined with iridology
This is by no means a new discovery but in our modern world we seem to have forgotten it. Many of today’s diseases are closely linked to our diets. The food we eat is high in preservatives and colourings and are highly processed. Even fresh foods have lower levels of vitamins than they used to. To make things worse, our bodies are under attack from pollution, stressful jobs, sedentary lifestyles etc…
Nutritional therapy is much more than just eating a balanced diet. Although diet is a very important part of the therapy, powerful supplements are used in conjunction to correct longstanding imbalances, to improve food assimilation and to reduce the body’s toxic overload.
The aim of the therapy is to stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms to get to the root of the problem, not simply to cover up the symptoms.
Nutritonal therapy is a Holisitic therapy which most conditions will benefit from. Holistic Nutritional Therapy has a particularly successful record in the treatment of:
These are just an example of the common ailments treated.
The aim is tot treat the whole person, not only their disease. So, in order to build up your medical history, the practitioner will take into account your lifestyle, your diet, your family background and your environment as well as your physical and emotional symptoms.
The beauty of holistic treatment is that the body starts to work on all the problems simultaneously and although you started treatment to get rid of your headaches, that nagging pain on the side of your abdomen has also disappeared and you are feeling much brighter.
It is not possible to give a specific answer as to the length of treatment required as this will depend on many factors such as how long you have had the condition, your age, your constitution and your determination to follow the programme. After an initial consultation you would be expected to follow your prescribed programmed for 4 – 6 weeks before a follow up appointment. Typically treatment may last from 4 to 6 months with a similar number of consultations.

on close examination of the iris of the eye using magnification. It can pinpoint
