who you are
This journey was recorded in the Healing Vortex* at Lynden Hill Healing Centre. It begins leading you into being grounded to Mother Earth and connected to the Universe.
Your journey will remind you "You are not your body", you will be letting go of lower vibrational frequencies on a cellular level, go through a purification process with the Violet flame of St Germain and a further process so that you can love yourself 100%.
Then travelling up your own spiritual mountain, releasing and letting go on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level, meeting your own spiritual guide and clearing your seven major chakras. You are now ready to receive your gift of a healing golden orb of light. Then travelling back in time to an incident where your little child may have experienced lack of love by loss or rejection.
You are then introduced to conscious connected breathing so as to release this on a cellular level. After this, the golden orb of light, if you wish, melts the grid of protection over your heart chakra enabling you to now truly feel the intensity of giving and receiving love. All this in preparation to experience, so you know and feel the oneness. You are not alone this is an illusion and you now know you are A BEAUTIFUL DIVINE BEING.

Carole Easton is a Reiki Master, holds a Diploma in counselling and combines
this with Rebirthing/Conscious Connected Breathing.
She is the Co-founder, Director Manager along with Geraldine McHugh, of Lynden Hill Clinic. The vision began over 25 years ago to combine Orthodox Medicine with the Holistic approach to create a place where people could heal mentally, physically and spiritually.
This was established 13 years ago and is now well known via it’s reputation as a unique rehabilitation and healing centre.
Carole is dedicated to her work, to everyone in her workshops and who she works with.
